No. We are a reusable moving tote rental company, not a moving company. We provide durable, stackable plastic moving totes that make packing and moving easier while reducing cardboard waste.

Choose the tote package that best fits your move and reserve it online. We'll deliver the totes before your move, and after you've unpacked, we'll return to pick up the empty totes.

Each reusable moving tote measures approximately 27" L × 17" W × 12" H. They're designed to be easy to carry, stack securely, and protect your belongings during your move.

We recommend the following based on the size of your home:Studio · 1 Bedroom: 20 totes & 1 tote dolly2–3 Bedrooms: 40 totes & 2 tote dollies4 Bedrooms: 60 totes & 3 tote dollies5+ Bedrooms: 80 totes & 4 tote dolliesIf you're between sizes, we'd be happy to help you choose the right package.

The standard rental is for 2 weeks. If you need additional time, extensions are available based on availability.Most customers find that a 2-week rental provides plenty of time to pack, move, and unpack comfortably. Need more time? Rental extensions are available based on availability.

Yes! You can add these items to any tote rental package:Standard Hand Truck — $15These are great for safely moving heavy appliances, furniture, and large boxes.

Our delivery and pickup windows are: Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM We'll send confirmation emails and notify you by phone or text before we arrive.

Yes. Someone must be available to receive the totes at delivery and return them during pickup.

Yes. Delivery and pickup are included with all tote rental packages within our service area.

Absolutely. Every tote is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

No. We handle the cleaning. We simply ask that any large spills be wiped out before pickup.

Each tote has a card holder, please use the index cards that are provided for all label's and do not write on the totes. Writing on a tote will result in a replacement charge of $18 per tote.

Our totes are designed for repeated use and are very durable. If a tote is lost or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee of $18 per tote will apply.

Yes. Replacement or additional totes are available for $25 each.

Yes. If your moving schedule changes, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to adjust your reservation or extend your rental, subject to availability.

Yes. Cancellations made at least 5 business days before your scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within five business days of delivery are non-refundable because your totes have already been reserved.
